  • KACST signs deal for laboratory equipment

    RIYADH: King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST), has concluded an agreement with Modern Media Systems, an affiliate of Al-Faisaliah Group, to provide complete test and measurement equipment for a world-class broadband wireless research laboratory currently being set up by KACST in collaboration with Intel global research.

    The accord was signed by KACSTs Vice President Prince Turki bin Saud bin Mohammed and Prince Mohammed bin Khalid Al-Abdullah Al-Faisal, president and CEO of Al-Faisaliah Group, here on Sunday. Speaking on the occasion, Prince Turki said, Modern Media Systems was selected as the sole vendor due to their specialization in the field of test and measurement as well as for the services it provides through the training of engineers.
