• Five arrested over restaurant khulwa

  YANBU – The Commission for Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice (the Haia) detained two males and three females on charges of “khulwa” – being alone without the company of a legal guardian – on Sunday. The five were removed from a popular restaurant in the industrial district of Yanbu and according to witnesses were led away by Haia staff after failing to produce evidence of a legal relationship between them. – Okaz/SG
