• Alwaleed Foundation donates 131000 to Alfanar program

  RIYADH: Prince Alwaleed bin Talal, chairman of Alwaleed Bin Talal Foundation, which is co-chaired by Princess Ameerah Al-Taweel, has donated $131,000 to Alfanar's Vocational Training and Loans Program for underage children working in the quarry sector in Minia, Egypt.

  The main objective of the organization implementing the program, Wadi El Nil Association, is to tackle the issue of child labor in Egypt's limestone quarries.
